~ Voucher Giving
Ceremony ~
Lately every college and university students enjoy shopping
at Popular Bookstore, Borders, MPH, bookshops and PC Fair with the Bantuan
Baucer 1 Malaysia (BB1M). Last year, every student was given RM200 book voucher
to buy books and stationery, main reason is to decrease the burdensome of
parent to spend money on books, at the same time can upbringing the reading
culture among Malaysian. This is a very good idea but sometimes students use
that vouchers in wrong way. This year, government increase voucher amount to
RM250, is too great for me. 1 will use it either to buy an external hardisk or
buy books. The due date is 31 May 2013. On 7 March 2013, got a voucher giving
ceremony in UPNM by Defence Minister, Yang Berhormat Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid
Bin Hamidi. But he was absent and represent by Khairy Jamaluddin.

Other than that, a volunteer organization that very hot
lately called “1 Malaysia For Youth” (IM4U) also launched and begins kind of
activities in UPNM. Theme song of IM4U very nice to hear and the hand move also
very easy to learn. J They
came and promotes in UPNM, we registered as member and get a shirt as souvenir
when you like the page of “IM4U” on FB.
