As an athlete since small, been active in many sports such as running, badminton, ping pong, basketball and etc…As god giving me such great stamina and sport cells for me, and I treasure it.

If not mistaken, I entered Endurance Club UPNM since May of 2011, I’m attach to Endurance Club forever, joined many events as I can to achieve higher level, break my own record and try something different from others. I did my own 1st 21km, my 1st 25km, my 1st 42km after joined this club. This club helps me a lot in improving my stamina and taught me correct running posture and a lot. Because of Endurance Club, I get my spirit of running and build my passion to the maximum. Quote from this club:

As an athlete, many things need to in control, should have healthy food, no oily food. Besides, we need to know more about food nutrition and food supplement. We shall do more research on food we needed to consume before, during and after race. While during event, we need to wear suitable running jersey, pant and shoes. And the main important thing is about injuries. Need to find on how to prevent from injured and how to solve the injuries. And timing too, but I start to record my timing in my latest events only, next time can improve timing based on the record.   Quite a long list to learn to become a good runner.  Such as:

1.     Training
2.    Timing
3.    Nutrition
4.    Sport Wear
5.    Warm up, Warm down and Stretching
6.    Injuries
7.    Many more

Run, is not just a simple run, but a great run. Thx For the visit…^.^
