Stories of Day1 & Day 2 can view
by Click Here. Day 3 in Sabah was a sunny day. We visited many places. One car
seated by 6 persons, travelled all the way in Kota Kinabalu. In Sabah, have to
practice their talking intonation, sentence always ended with ba…. Ba… ba…. In
Sabah, you can see dogs are everywhere by the roadside and kids running without
shirt here and there. Most of Sabahan are Christian I think, in town, you can
see church every 1 or 2km. In Kota Kinabalu, many tourism places just within 1
hr drive, quite near. So, in a day, we arranged few places to visit. We must
visit as many as places we can in the shortest golden time.
Famous attraction 1: Tamparuli Suspension Bridge
~
Tamparuli Suspension Bridge ~
Did you notice anything from the
picture? The bridge looks WOW, under the bridge is a river, and a road to let
cars pass by. What’s wrong with the road leh? That is a one-lane-road. So when
cars from right hand side cross the road, cars from another side have to wait
for their turn. Drivers there also very
patient, seems situation like that also not a big problem for them, no hone
sound at all. Cross the bridge, you can see a pasar. The river under the bridge
called Kiulu River, very very famous for White Water Rafting. But this trip I
didn’t have enough time to do that. Next time la.

Famous Attraction 2: Coconut Street
There has a street full with coconut
stalls at both sides of road. You can just stop at any stall you want. For the
1st time I see Kelapa Bakar, quite special, black skin and hot
coconut drink inside. Usually they use old coconut to make Kelapa Bakar,
because the skin is thick enough to burn it, if use young coconut, might crack
during burning process. At the coconut stall, got a lot of mosquitoes, you eat
coconut, mosquitoes bite you back lo!!!
~
Black Kelapa Bakar costs RM3.00 each, can try this ~
~
Fresh coconut with fresh drink inside, RM4.00
each.
~
Fresh coconut pudding, RM4.00 ~

a pahlawan. 6th &7th generation of Monsopiad are just
staying next to Monsopiad Culral Village, so you can feel like the history
sounds very very real. Now they also keep on improve their living lifestyle,
become very modern already. 7th generation of Monsopiad also already
converted to Christian. I recommend you MUST visit this place if you go Kota
Kinabalu. But there got a lot of mosquitoes also, better bring repellent la.
